Our admission process is fair, transparent, and designed to give opportunities to children from Bagmati Province, Madhes Province, and Okhaldhunga & Solukhumbu districts of Koshi Province.
Grade 1 to 9: Admission opens at the end of the academic year. Exact dates are announced in school notices.
Grade 11: Admission opens after SEE results are published.
Grade 10 and 12: Admission is restricted.
Students who live at the school hostel can apply for full residential scholarships.
Scholarships include lodging, meals, tuition, stationery, and medical care.
Students must meet eligibility criteria and submit required documents.
Students who live at home but study at school can enrol as day boarders.
They get free tuition, textbooks, and a daily meal.
No fees are charged for any school activities or programs.

We keep it simple. Once the admission list is ready, we put it on the school notice board and also try to call the parents or guardians. So you don’t have to keep worrying, you will be informed.
Yes, we do. Children who come on a full scholarship stay in the hostel where we provide food, a clean place to live, clothing, medical care, and even stationery. Parents don’t have to pay anything for these facilities.

Along with classes, we encourage children to take part in sports, cultural programs, children's clubs, art, and other creative activities. These programs help them grow in confidence, teamwork, and leadership.
Currently, the full residential scholarships are primarily available to students from Bagmati Province, Madhes Province, and Okhaldhunga & Solukhumbu of Koshi Province. But children from local areas outside these groups can still join as day boarders with free tuition, textbooks, and daily meals.
